Why this data is used

Responding to your requests, preparing a quote and organizing our exchanges (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest); managing booked appointments; measuring site traffic when you have agreed to it.

Who has access to it?

Your data is intended solely for Jessy Studio. Wix, which hosts the website and provides the form and booking tools, processes it on my behalf as a data processor. Your data is never sold.

Shelf life

Unanswered requests: 3 years after the last contact. Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, then according to legal obligations (10 years for accounting documents).

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability, and object to the processing of your data, by writing to Jessyserin@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
